Jim is the guy to call. Being new to Florida we've had to just "wing it" and hire anyone and everyone that's willing to show up, and those are few and far between. And truthfully, we've gotten taken by several guys claiming to know what they are doing but really don't, and we've ended up spending a ton of money fixing their mistakes. So we've been weary and Leary of the process. Right from the first call I could tell Jim was different. A complete professional, yet a "real regular guy" that understands that we need some jobs done that are above our pay grade but nothing that we need some pushy big name contractor for that comes in, tells you how much it's going to be, how busy he is, pressures you to book now or wait till next year and then doesn't show up or sends his guys that clearly don't have the work ethic you thought you were buying. Nope, not with Jim.
